The role​

As a Senior Consultant Data Analytics you dive into the data to find solutions for complex issues. You guide our customers in improving their processes or business, using your data skills. This is how customers achieve their strategic goals. Sometimes you sit down with different stakeholders to clarify what information they need to make the right decisions, other times you collect hypotheses and test them with hard figures.

 

What are you going to do?​

• You enter into a conversation with the customer to find out what is really being asked. 

• You process the data and at the same time you know how to include the customer in your story. 

• You alternately work at a strategic level right up to the operation. 

• You turn data into information and you know better than anyone what data-driven working entails.

• You are able to quickly acquire and apply new techniques and methodologies. 

• In short, you distinguish yourself in your approach by using data with always the business context and customer demand in mind.

Who are you?​

• You have completed a master's degree in artificial intelligence or a comparable education with a strong mathematical or statistical profile.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in applying machine learning algorithms within organizations.

• You have experience with R, Python, Pyspark, Tensorflow/Keras, pytorch.

• You have the basic data engineering and Core engineering skills (versioning, ci/cd, high quality, automated testing, scalability).

• You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• You have the necessary knowledge of DevOps / Platform skills (scheduling and ML pipelines).
